In 2022, we partnered with GenCon to launch the BIPOC Lounge, and we are growing with each new year.
The Lounge is a welcoming space for BIPOC tabletop professionals and gamers to connect, find resources, and build community. What started as a pilot event has become one of the most-used spaces at the convention.

Growth has been INCREDIBLE!
• 2022: 40 attendees at our first year
• 2023: 400 attendees
• 2024: 600 attendees, and the Foundation was named a Gen Con Charity Partner, receiving $17,000 in fundraising proceeds
• 2025: Expanded programming, deeper partnerships
• 2026: 700 attendees and some returning to share their knowledge
