Year-round support for emerging tabletop creators.
Beyond our convention-based programs, the Rose Gauntlet Foundation runs a year-round mentorship program pairing emerging designers, publishers, and industry professionals with experienced mentors.
In 2025, we ran with 18 mentors supporting roughly 40 mentees, and we're proud to say at least one mentee successfully launched a crowdfunding campaign with the support of their match. Mentorship is the longest-tail investment we make.
