Since 2022, we have offered mentorship to attendees of the BIPOC Lounge at Gen Con. We have featured titans of the tabletop games industry that have shared their time and knowledge with budding professionals looking to find further success in tabletop games.

In 2024 we will continue our mentorship program within the BIPOC Lounge, and also hope to expand it to other events. We encourage further mentor and mentee relationships after the events conclude.
